Can I change or return a non-airline product redeemed with LATAM Pass KMS?
You can exchange or return a product if there is a problem with its production or functioning. If this happens, you can request an exchange or return within three months after the date you received the product. In compliance with the following requirements:
- That the product has not been opened, used or tried on.
- That its original and full tags and packaging are still in place.
- That it has all of its original accessories.
- That it includes the original product instructions or invoice.
In the event that the product needs to be exchanged or returned, you should contact the LATAM Pass catalog* Call Center or go directly to customer service online. Your Air Miles will be credited to your account within a maximum period of 72 hours.
*The LATAM Pass Catalog is only available in Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Argentina.
