Are there refundable programs?
Yes, but each one of the services of the program (airline fares, shuttles, tours) may have different conditions for refunds or changes. It is important for you to review these details in the Proof of Sale that we sent you at the time of your purchase. If you made your purchase on our website, this document was sent to your e-mail address. You can also review this information by logging on to home, My trips, entering your reservation code and last name, or your user name and LATAM Travel password, and then clicking on See rules.

The LATAM Travel services are only available in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
