I am pregnant. What do I need to travel?

We want your trip to be as comfortable for you and your baby as possible. This is why conditions for travel will depend upon which stage of your pregnancy you are in.

- If you are between 0 and 28 weeks of pregnancy, you may travel freely, without presenting any kind of document.

- Between 28 and 36 weeks, you must present a medical certificate which authorizes you to travel.

- Between 36 and 39 weeks, in addition to the medical certificate, your doctor should fill out a form that you must send to us no later than 48 hours ahead of the departure of the flight. download the form here. In addition, after 37 weeks you may no longer fly on flights with a duration of over 6 hours.

After week 39, you will no longer be able to travel, for your own safety and for your baby’s.

If you have a multiple pregnancy or have some kind of complication, you can see all of the details at our pregnant women section.
