Can I get a refund on a LATAM fare through our website?
To process a refund on tickets redeemed with LANPASS KMS you need to call the Contact Center. The Refund Form available on our website is only for passengers who have purchased their tickets with cash and on a fare that allows a refund. You can check these details on the Sales Docket, which we emailed to you when you submitted the redemption or under My trips in the section See regulations.
Remember that this may carry a surcharge which varies depending on the premium, and if you enter a ticket on the form which does not allow refunds, we will only refund you the boarding fees and unused taxes.
