I lost my LATAM Pass Elite member card. What do I have to do?
Do not worry, you can request a replacement card. To do so, you just have to contact us at our Contact Center. Physical cards (plastic) are for Gold members and can not be sent after April 1 in Chile, Peru, Argentina, the United States, Europe and Australia. If you lose your card and are a Gold member, you will have to download an electronic card.
