Can I cancel the purchase of my fare and ask for a refund of my money?
You can do so if the conditions of the fare (the conditions are for the ticket or the fare?) that you purchased allow it. This information appears on the Proof of Sale that was sent to your e-mail address at the time of your purchase.
If this is the case, fill out the Refund Request at our website (if you paid for your fare with cash). If you purchased it at a travel agency, you will have to process the refund with them. For other cases, you can call our Contact Center. Remember you can always request the return shipping fees for unused tickets.
