What do I do if I forgot a personal item in the aircraft or airport?
Our Security and Baggage Service employees are coordinated to record all objects found in the cabin of the aircraft in our system. If you are still at the airport, the quickest path is to contact the LATAM staff at our desks or boarding gates in order to report your lost object.
If you are no longer at the location, please call our Contact Center.
We will do everything possible to recover the articles that were forgotten by our passengers, but given that this situation is beyond our responsibility as a company, we cannot guarantee any outcome.
