How much time do I have to change my fare?
If your fare allows changes, you can make them as long as it is valid. It lasts one year from the date of issue. However, if you have already flown one leg of the trip, the ticket will expire on the date set as the maximum stay on the Sales Receipt we sent to your e-mail when you purchased your ticket.
Please note that you can do this through our Contact Center. Depending on the type of fare, fees may apply. Check the conditions of your fare by going to My Trips on the home page. Here, you must enter your reservation code and last name or your LATAM Pass username and password and click on Check Ticket Change or Ticket Details.
